Turku City Library hosted on Saturday 8th of December a gaming event to introduce the hobby scene in Turku for everybody. The event included board, card and role playing games. The programme included introduction and learning of new games and free-form playing. There were also different kinds of competitions.

The event started at 10.00 in the Studio and continues until the library closed at 16.00. In addition to the Studio the games were held in the youth corner Stoori and café Sirius. Games were played throughout the day and you could enter the events on site. Competitions were held e.g. in Carcasson, Bridge, Go and of course Vampire: The Eternal Struggle. New players had an abundance of guidance in all of the games, so you didn't need any previous experience. The participants had a chance to win board game prices in a lottery.

The Vampire: The Eternal Struggle tournament was held as a 2 round event without a final. Players were allowed to switch decks between the rounds. Tommis played two rounds, other players played only one round.
